Honey Yoghurt & Pomegranate Dessert Cup 

Layered sweet treat with different elements - freshness, sweetness, savouriness and a slight crunch to things. 

This recipe uses ALVAS or Dairy Fresh Natural Yoghurt, ALVAS rosewater and our almonds. 

Recipe adapted from



  • 210 g ALVAS / Daily Fresh natural yoghurt

  • 125 g Whipping cream

  • 25 gr ALVAS almonds

  • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds

  • 4 tbsp honey approximately

  • 1/2 tsp ALVAS rosewater


  • Take two glasses and place a tablespoon of honey in the bottom of the glass. Adjust the thickness of the layer to your desired sweetness. 

  • Combine yogurt, rosewater and whipping cream together in a bowl and whisk until it is thick. Ensure that the mixture is light and fully incorporated.

  • Carefully spoon the mixture on top of the honey.

  • Add another tablespoon of honey on top of the yogurt and spoon the almonds & pomegranate seeds on top.

Feel free to use any toppings that you prefer like chocolate, nutella or seasonal fruits.
